lot 2: great condition overall, presents very nicely; the top and drawer fronts with some signs of wear commensurate with age including some water spots / rings, some occasional dark stains, minor scratches, and some age cracks; the drawers showing wear from drop pulls rubbing over time, the brass hardware appears to have been present a long time if not original- installed in original hole, some escutcheons possibly repositioned; sides with occasional age cracks; the bun feet are possibly original, although not entirely certain- however, they are installed appropriately to underside and present well with some darkened scuffing commensurate with use; drawer interiors are stained or waxed; drawer runners to either sides of drawer bottoms are replaced for better gliding
