lot 57: with nice surfaces displaying wonderful figuring to wood, each displaying nicely overall; caddy with bookmatched inlay: showing signs of loss, patches, and repairs to inlay and veneer commensurate with age and use-- with some evidence of restoration, some stabilized puckered veneer and repaired cracks or splits, with some fill to losses present, interior lock plate to lid detached but present, missing screw, retaining interior lids; tall caddy: some puckering / lifting to veneer and inlay on front canted corners, with some visible losses to left-facing corner, some scattered patches to veneer, interior showing some loss to reflective coating and some scotch tape evident, retains mother-of-pearl knob to lid; caddy with floral and shell inlays: excellent condition overall, with only minor occasional patches to veneer, with some expected loss to reflective coating to interior and possibly missing interior lids
