Overall Condition: Significant scratches and wear to metal particularly on back of case, some scratches to crystal, watch currently running and keeping time when wound, may require additional cleaning, some damage, pitting, and discoloration to dial, leather bracelet significantly damaged with layers of leather separating, buckle in working order, bracelet and buckle are aftermarket, dial reads "PATEK PHILIPPE & Co. GENEVE", back of case engraved "DP", bracelet reads "GENUINE CROCODILE WATER RESISTANT 18S".
