In two parts, the upper section with broken arch pediment with carved sunflower rosettes, three urn and flame finials, the top center drawer with shell and floral carving, over three short drawers over two short drawers over three graduated long drawers, the lower section with waist molding, above a long drawer over three short drawers, shaped apron, cabriole legs ending in ball-and-claw feet.

has a nice visual presence; upper right-facing molding corner with repaired break, and the rosettes showing signs of wear and losses commensurate with age; the upper-most center drawer altered or modified with later applied and recessed carving, with some loss to applied decoration, the middle of the drawer face showing evidence of an original or earlier screw hole that has been patched, with a later brass pull presently installed lower; some age splits to upper part of cornice; replaced central finial attachment at top; the finials and cartouche are 20th century replacements, although nicely carved; also accompanied by two extra sets of finials; the drawer faces showing many patches, mends, and a couple losses to corners and lips; upper left-facing side of cornice molding with mend- plugs and fill evident; sides of case with age cracks, some fill, and a few patches to corners or edges; waist molding with some mends and fill present; the outer facing edge of the scalloping to apron is chamfered, which may be a sign of being later altered or modified; brasses may be old- no visible signs of other screw holes; one short drawer with later corner support blocks in front interior corners
