Both in excellent original condition with no sign of inpainting as seen under UV light. Each work is laid down to a piece of board to which the mat is affixed via two pieces of brown tape on either side of the image. In each case, the work is contoured by a shiny silver leaf sheet. On the 'Girl on Highwire', the bottom left corner is missing, and we see the sheet was joined by another in the lower tier. See Specialist's pictures for more details.
