Worked with variously colored silks, metallic threads, and painted paper; all but one identified with paper label: "An Officer of the French Hussars," "An Officer of the Talpatches from Hungari," "An Officer of the Talpatch or Croats," "A Colonel of the Sclavonian Talpatches," and "An Officer of the Pandors from Sclavonia"; all framed with matching chinoiserie frames.
