In solid white, green and lilac jasper, after a model by Francois Duquesnoy (1594-1643), one of five such designs produced by Wedgwood. This example of a resting infant, reaching out on with one hand while the other holds a round fruit (perhaps a pomegranate), mounted on an octagonal base with acanthus-leaf molding along edge
Impressed both "Wedgwood" and "WEDGWOOD"
