With arched hood having carved fret top, three ball and steeple brass finials, enamel face with floral motifs to spandrels and moon dial, inscribed "Simon Willard/ Roxbury," the case with line and quarter fan inlay, fluted quarter columns with brass capitals and stop-fluting, molded base on ogee feet.
