With 13 star-shaped gold sequins hand-sewn and single appliqued in a vertical rows of 3-2-3-2-3 to a silk canton, resting on a red so-called "war stripe," hand-sewn silk stripes, retains stick; hand-inscribed and stamped, "No. 187 Mastai Collection."
