Two carved and giltwood and églomisé pier glasses circa 1810

Both of similar form, with stepped cornice hung with spherules above églomisé panels, the first with panel depicting Benjamin Latrobe's Pump House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the other depicting figure of hope and a ship at sea, the panels above mirror plates flanked by spiral-turned columnettes.

H: 40 1/2 in. W: 22 in. and H: 41 1/4 in. W: 23 1/4 in.
