Impressed "WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND 97" and "I", plaque with facsimile artist signature applied, applied bronze plaque reading, "Newton, Master of the Universe From an original bronze by Eduardo Paolozzi No 1 in a limited edition of 50 Crafted in Black Basalt Wedgwood © 1997 ® Royal College of Art".
Note
The Rubins were present at Barlston when this sclupture was being modelled and made arrangements to purchase the first example sold.
