18K, mechanical manual wind swiss movement openface gold pocket watch, porcelain dial arabic numbers with applied gold accents, spade hands, and a seconds subdial, the movement cover is decorated with black enamel and set with an estimated 0.40-0.50ctw of mine and rose-cut diamonds arranged in a star pattern. The cuvette is engraved "No 24083 Golay Fils & Stahl Genéve 2 Rue de la paix paris", the interior is marked 18K
