18K, 18J open face Patek Philippe pocket watch made for Bailey, Banks and Biddle Co. - made in the early 1900s A manually wound 18 jewel movement, and a white dial with arabic numeral markers and a small seconds dial. The white porceline dial is signed "Bailey, Banks and Biddle Co." and the inside case back and movement are signed by Patek Philippe along with the Patek hallmarks, gold purity markings, and serial number.
