Oval bowl, flat handle, trefid end, beaded "rattail" bowl back, engraved with monogram, "H/ L*M," to underside of handle end, marked, "EW," to underside of handle.

Two other examples are found in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Heritage Foundation Collection.
