London: Macmillan and Co., 1913-27. In 26 volumes. 4to. One of 1,050 copies of the Bombay Edition, signed by Kipling in first volume (26th volume, issued in 1927, one of 1,000 copies). Full contemporary navy blue levant, stamped in gilt, rear joint in first volume scuffed but sound; blue moire silk endleaves; top edges gilt, other edges untrimmed, stain in fore-edge of first volume affecting margins on some leaves by a quarter of an inch; by Bayntun. Some foxing to prelims in some volumes but not affecting printed pages.
Beautifully printed with wide margins by R. & R. Clark from the Florence Press type, designed by Herbert P. Horne.
