Wheeler, Ed. Adams, ...Campbell, C.W. Reed, Saml. Young, Jr., Henry Orange, and G.D. Kistler; most cups marked to undersides by the following makers: T&V/ France, H&Co., and V&D/ Austria.

Frank S. Wheeler was recorded in the 1920 U.S. Census, aged about 60 years (born circa 1860), and married to Mufanwi Wheeler (age 47). They lived in the 43rd Ward of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
