A 20-Star American National Exclusionary Flag Civil War era

The cotton stars hand-sewn in 5-5-5-5 'akimbo' rows on a two-part wool bunting canton, hand-sewn wool bunting stripes, canvas header with twill tabs and two brass grommets. The header inscribed in ink, "Peny 47 High Street." The flag folded, mounted and framed.
