Two of women's high top form beaded with flowerheads and leaves, the third with fold-over cuff, and the fourth of low slipper form beaded with flowerheads and leaves.
L(s): 9 1/2 in. to 11 in.Provenance: The Luther R. and Frances T. Zehner Collection.
Accompanied by handwritten notes: the first, "I bought these from Mrs. Elizabeth Loon. They were made by Mrs. Black Tomahawk of Fort Yates and given to Mrs. Loon for a Xmas present 1949, 3/30/50"; the second, "Nellie Chasing Bear"; the third, "Bought from Mrs. Fanny Loans Arrow-Made by Lucy Twin, 5/21/50"; and the fourth, "Made by + bought from Mrs. Vaulters 5/15/50."
