Urn form font on columnar shaft and flaring shaped base.

Provenance: A typed note accompanying the lamps reads, "Picture of these Whale Oil Lamps in the Lee Street vertical file folder. Were located in the Alexandria Room of the Headquarters branch of the Alexandria Library, 717 Queen Street. The lamps were given by Mr. Edward C. Van Devander in memory of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Randolph Burke."
