Putto seated on a sphere above a cartouche shaped case with ormolu shell cresting, gilt metal face with individual porcelain blue Roman numeral chapter ring, the "VI" marked with "C A Selzer, Cleveland O.," below is a gilt metal figure of a putto holding a torch, on claw and ball feet.

H: 44 in.

Retailer's mark for Young C.A. Selzer (1881-1931) located at 224 Euclid St. and later the Hickox and Buckley Buildings, Cleveland, Ohio.
