.303 Savage. 22" barrel length. SN: 422312 (Mfg. ca.1943). Blued metal finish. Two piece walnut stock has checkering to semi pistol grip and Schnabel forearm. Lever action rifle with an internal rotary magazine and German silver blade front sight. Item features double sling swivels and scope mounts to receiver. Rear sight has been removed. Includes a brown leather sling. Serial number exists outside of known production dates 1922-41.
Good. Bore is frosty and rifling has moderate to heavy pitting. Finish has mottled thinning to finish overall, with some light scratching. Wood stock shows light scratches and mars scattered overall.
