1.) Very Fine. Leather remains supple with some loose threads, fraying at the edges of fasteners on the back of the helmet, and hardening of the rubber ear cups.
2.) Very Fine. Leather supple with hardened rubber ear cups. Some creases to the chin strap.
3.) Very Good. Paint is flaking off of the split rim, as is typical for aluminum rim helmets. The helmet shows some additional discolorations along the interior brow, some scuffs, and mars. The Helmet has some further scratches, mars, and scuffs.
4.) Fair to Good. The chinstrap has abrasions, cracking, and some wastage with one end broken off of the central fastening bolt. The rim, and the outer surface show scattered patina and oxidation, with some of the sand paint flaking off.
5.) Good. Item shows some black stitching along the top 1.25" of the header indicating the item has been repaired. Some of the material has been bunched up to stitch together. The grommet at the top of the header is likewise refastened with black stitches.
