In overall good and stable condition. The ottoman and chair frames are both stable and with only minor scratches and scuffs throughout the surface of the metal. The upholstery has bright areas but others are dulled with fading and surface dust notably in the crevasses of the arm rests. Small snags on the underside of the seat cushion and the lower back do not tear through the fabric entirely. The interior foam of the chair is likely replaced, and the interior foam of the ottoman is disintegrating with a floral-foam texture through the upholstery. No visible labels or stamps.
