In overall stable and ready to use condition. The wood surface is warm and consistent throughout with minor areas of wear and loss. Possible refinished. Some nicks and dents on the outside edges of the wood. Slight lifting to the metal elements underneath the side mirrors. The hinges of the side mirror panels are functional but stick slightly. All metal decorative elements are present. Hardware is included in this lot to attach the side cabinets to the back mirror. The marble is intact with no breaks, repairs or losses. There is minor wear and chips and scratches on the edges and surface to both pieces.
