Ottoman: 16 h x 25 3/4 w x 21 d inches.

In overall fair condition. The frame is solid. Some fading and unevenness to rosewood veneer. All leather surfaces reflect significant wear and are in fair condition with one area of possible repair on the lower back rest. The cushions are flattened with age. Various dings and scratches to the edges, particularly to the ottoman with light areas of veneer loss. One moment of attempted repair on the ottoman veneer.
Some stains to the underside of the chair.
The metal components are solid, functional and in average condition with scratches and chips throughout. Ottoman is missing one tufted button, and the chair has loose seat buttons that are present.
