In overall good and ready to use condition. The height measures 17 inches. One example has a more wobbly frame than the other, but this does not render it unusable. There are scuffs and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Some areas of wear on the armrest and the top of the chair back are present. There does not appear to be any previous breaks, repairs or damage to the structure of the chairs. The upholstery is stained in a few places and would benefit from a cleaning or re-upholstery, although the are not unusable as is. A Thayer Coggin label is present under one seat cushion.

The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair.
