Framed: 54 3/4 x 48 inches. Under Plexiglas.
Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas appears to be lined and on non-original stretchers; areas of paint separation, with exposed ground, within hands and areas of the suit jacket. Under UV light: scattered inpainting throughout the white background; areas of inpainting within the man's white shirt; one area of inpainting within his proper right hand.
