Appearing in overall fairly good condition. The table surface with old scuffs, dark marks and scrapes as is typical. There are a few old gouges in the table from age and use. The surface also has a few negligible areas of apparent sun-fading. The center of the table having old adhesive residue that appears to be easily removed and could likely be remedied with gentle cleaning. One end of table evidences slightly heavier wear. The leaves extend easily as do the gate leg supports. One of the gate legs has an old age crack where it attaches to the table and is in need of repair. The legs have old scuffs and scrapes.
