Appearing in overall fair, stable, and ready to place condition. The gilt decoration is bright and fairly even throughout. The proper right side of the frame lacking the floral ornamentation seen on the other side, the decoration appears unfinished with the base wood exposed, possibly the result of old damage. Just above (at the proper right upper corner) there is an unfinished section where the base wood is also exposed. There is an old glue and nail repair on the proper left side to stabilized an old break. The decoration at the bottom of the mirror has glue residue from an old repair. The mirror plate with scattered spots of oxidization to the silvering.
