In overall fair and stable conditon. No tears, holes or repairs noted. The carpet has one singular impression from a rectangular piece of furniture placed near the center. Small areas of yellowing, staining and traffic consistent with age and past use. The underside with soiling and stains. One small area of the bound selvege coming loose. Could benefit from a cleaning and be in placable, usable condition.
