In overall fine and stable condition. Retinas the original covered till, hinges and lock mechanism, though lock clasp is missing. Retains fairly even patina and color throughout, with old scuffs, marks, rubbing and scratches consistent with age and use. Currently fitted with porcelain knobs, but also retains molded glass knobs that may have been the original.  Lacking the escutcheons. Few areas of minor loss to molded edges. The proper back right foot was previously cracked and reglued at the junction with the case. Examination under UV shows a fairly even varnish with rubbing consistent with use.
