In overall fine condition. Retaining a dark, patina to the carved base. Scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.  Age cracks visible, with some associated losses to the proper back left leg. The upholstered back and seat show areas of wear, pulling and small tears associated with use, while the arm upholstery appears overall fine.  Areas of discoloration and surface residue to the carved base. Craquelure, rubbing and minor losses to the paint throughout. It’s possible that the exterior 12” of each carved leg is an early replacement, though the visible seam may be consistent with the original fabrication.
