In overall stable condition. Multiple cracks and age splits, many of which radiate from hinges to both upper and lower halves of shell. Moderate deposits of dust present to recessed areas, with scattered scratching throughout. Large splits near keyhole and spanning proper left side of lower half. Foot hardware has been repositioned, with holes present to underside. Significant degradation to silk lining, including tears, staining, and losses.
