In overall fair and usable condition, though, in order to ensure stability, the piece needs to be secured to a wall. Appears to retain the original glass. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Areas of lifting, cracking and minor loss to the veneer, with some patches visible, but mostly to the sides of the case. Small loss to the proper front left spade foot. 1” loss to each side cornice molding at the back of the case.  Age cracks visible to the tops of the legs where they join the case. Retains a functioning key.  The door sags slightly when opened and needs attention while closing. If left unsecured from the wall, the piece will tip over once the door is opened.
