Buffalo Bill's Wild West and Congress of Rough Riders of the World / Historical Sketches. Chicago, IL: The Blakely Printing Company, 1893. 8vo, chromolithographed paper wraps featuring Cody and an attack on the Overland Stage, and on the back cover "Sioux on the War-Path; Stronghold in the Bad Lands of the Hostile Indians, Chiefs 'Short Bull' and 'Kicking Bear,'" 64 numbered pages (front cover fully separated, some soiling, toning, chipping and loss to edges, contents good). This program represents the first half of the first season the Wild West became the Wild West and Congress of Rough Riders. The show spent the entire year near the grounds of the Columbian Exhibition in Chicago, playing 302 performances.

As never before, the program featured horseback riders in exciting races and exhibitions of daring and skill.
