Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The surface having very minor scratches and scuffs from use, not immediately noticeable. The doors to the credenza open and close smoothly and the proper right side has three drawers that glide easily. The proper left side of the credenza has holes for the installation of shelving, no shelves are present on this side. The legs with nicks and scrapes consistent with age, moving and use. There is one key present to lock the cabinet doors. The teak is solid and beautifully figured throughout. The back of the credenza with possible sun fading to the wood.
