Minor instance of tarnish to the recesses.  Polish residue to interior of lid. The Danish example with an even pattern of surface scratches consistent with age, use and polishing. The body and lid having negligible dings and nicks. The Aplaca example having an even pattern of surface scratches from polishing, the body exhibits a few more visible scratches. Minor instances of tarnish to recesses.

The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair.
