Appearing in fairly good and ready to place condition. The handles of both teapots feel sturdy and the lids open and close smoothly. Both teapots with areas of tarnish, particularly on their lids, finials, and in the recesses. The wood handles of both examples with some minor areas of discoloration consistent with age and handling.

The larger teapot with a few minor dings to the body and spout. The tip of the spout bent slightly out of round. The wood finial on this example exhibits a minor split, not appearing to impact stability or function.

The bottom of the smaller teapot is dented and is out of round, this is not visible when the teapot is resting on a flat surface. There are minor nicks and scrapes to this example and a few minor dings to the spout and the tip of the spout is slightly out of round. The finial on the smaller example exhibiting two minor splits, not appearing in impact the stability or function. 

The stand with moderate tarnish to the underside and the recessed band around its border. All items with light surface scratches consistent with polishing. 

The stand with a few areas of heavier scratching, likely from contact with the base of a teapot. One edge with slight irregularity in form.
