Appears in overall good, sturdy, and usable condition. The top with a few visible construction seams and old spots resulting from contact with humidity. The top drawer with a split on the proper right side, next to the drawer pull. The center drawer, and each side of the cabinet, with visible vertical construction seam. Very minor nicks and scrapes, commensurate with light use and moving. Drawers open and close smoothly and chest retains an attractive overall finish.
