In 2017, Louis Vuitton was the official title partner of the 35th America’s Cup. They created a limited lifestyle menswear collection of clothing and accessories to promote the collaboration. This portfolio formed part of the Press Kit that was gifted to the consignor, who was invited to serve as one of the ambassadors for the America’s Cup when it came through Chicago. Two years later, Virgil Abloh signed the portfolio at the Louis Vuitton pop-up shop created to promote Abloh’s first collection for Louis Vuitton.
