In overall fairly good and stable condition. The hinged lid intact, with a slight wobble. With some rubbing to gilt on metal at the underside of the lid from resting atop the rim. With a light surface scratch in the image at the top of the lid, not major. Having very minute instances of loss to gilt decoration, not immediately noticeable. Light rubbing to gilt on handle. With a small flea bite to the inside of the foot rim, not visible along the out let edge of the base. Examination under UV light shows no evidence of significant damage or repair.
