In overall fair condition. Significant deposits of surface grime and debris to interior of shadow box, with partial split to back panel at center right. Paint loss and flaking throughout, most notably to sails. Few losses to both United States flag and pennant along top edges. Areas of inpainting visible to background. Glass not flush with edges of frame and would benefit from stabilization.
