In overall fair and stable condition. With some instances of loss and lifting to brass inaly throughout including one largely lifting section to the top. Some cracks in veneer on body and a section of loss to veneer on the back. There is a section of brass lining the lid of the box between the two hinges which is bent/lifting. Old dents, marks and scratches throughout. Lacking a key. The brass liner with some solder repair at edges. There is an age split in the bottom of the box.
