In overall fair, stable and usable condition. With old dents, scuffs, stains and scratches and exhibiting worm holes throughout, all commensurate with age and notable use. The top with an approximately 1/4-inch section of veneer replacement running the length of the top, probably to repair an old age split and with an age split running part of its length as well. The top with few other more minor age splits and scattered staining, surface marks, dents and scratches. The hardware has been replaced. Each drawer front with brass bands lining its face, the lining to the top of the top-most drawer and bottom of the bottom-most drawer are missing. Some minor lifting to the other bands and a couple instances of repair therealong. The drawers open and close mostly smoothly, the bottom two drawers requiring some additional effort from sticking upon opening and closing, but usable. The top drawer appears reconstructed.
