Both examples remain in structurally sound condition. Finish is fairly even throughout with scattered dryness/roughness to both chairs. Scattered scratches, scuffs, and abrasions from age-related wear. Cane is mostly intact with some separation and small breaks that do not affect integrity. Does not include cushions and webbing would need to be updated prior to use.
