In overall mostly stable condition, the legs sturdy. Having cracks and lifting to veneer along drawer fronts and edges, with some small instances of loss to edges of drawer fronts and along the top-most edge of the commode. Other instances along edges of the drawer fronts where it appears a previous small section of veneer loss has been replaced. The top with scattered instances of staining and discoloration. Also having some spots of discoloration to the facade, including around the keyhole mounts. The top drawer sticks upon opening, but bottom three drawers open and close mostly smoothly.  Additional images available upon reqest.
