The green hardstone example: In overall good stable condition, with some surface wear including minor bruising and loss to at the regions of high relief, the fleabite losses largely constrained to extremities at the deer's antlers and bat's outstretched wings and the outer mouth. Spoon and stopper intact.
The yellow overlay example: In overall good stable condition, some minor surface scratches and marks commensurate with use and age. One minor loss to the overlay at the body on a long side, some soiling settling in the recesses. The stopper glued and cannot be removed at the time of inspection, the spoon missing.
The reverse painted example: Overall good condition. Having a straight internal fissure to the shoulder, and a bruise with internal fissuring at neck, free of loss. The figural painting with some pigment loss and fading. Adhesive residue to the mouth. Lacking the spoon, the stopper component separated at the site of an old restoration.
