Two Pairs of Hardwood Continuous Horseshoe-Back Armchairs, Quanyi
硬木圈椅两對
each crest rail forms a continuous, elegant curve above the S-shaped splat and back stiles before curving downwards in a sinuous line to join the tops of the front legs which, like the back stiles, continue through the rectangular seat frame. The underside of the seat enclose a three-sided framework, one pair plain, the other with curved decorations, all joined by stepped stretchers and foot rest above a plain shaped apron.
