2 pages, 4to, 7 3/4 x 12 3/8 in., old creases, minor toning. Undersigned by Samuel Colwill. Lists the same 7 enslaved individuals and property along with the sold prices and purchasers. Prices realized range from $25 for Caesar to $900 for George. Each was purchased by a separate individual except for Caesar, Malinda, and Susan who were all purchased by Sarah Summers, possibly a relative of the deceased.

The census data shows that Daniel Summors (1772-1856, listed in these documents as Summers) did not enslave anyone until 1830, when he is listed as enslaving 1 woman between the ages of 10 and 23. By 1840, this population had increased to 1 man aged 36-54, 2 girls under 10, and 1 woman aged 10-23. Perhaps, indicating a family. The 1850 Slave Schedule indicates that Summors enslaved an unnamed man aged 34, and three unnamed boys aged 9, 6, and 2, possibly corresponding to the 4 male names listed on this inventory.
