Condition:
THE FIRST
The overall condition is good. On the top, there is a small white spot on the front left side 7.25" down from the neckline and on the back left side, 8" above the hem. There is another white spot on the back of the left sleeve, 2" above the hem as well as fraying along the bottom hem. There are faint spots along the neckline and minor white lines on the center front of the lining. There is a hole in the lining below the right armscye, the right side of the neckline, and minor wear to the lining of the left armscye. On the skirt, there are a few white spots throughout, primarily on the left side mid way down, and the center front above the gold-tone flowers. There are loose threads throughout the embroidery. In the lining, there are a few small white spots on the front right side and along the zipper closure.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is fair. On the top, there are a few small white spots along the front right side and small holes in both armscyes. On the back, there is a dark spot on the left side 10.5" below the high shoulder point and fraying along the hem. The fabric along the back zipper closure is beginning to peel away from the closure and there is a small slit on the left side of the hem. There is wear throughout the lining, primarily soiled spots along the center front neckline and armscyes, stress in the seams surrounding the armscyes and side seams, and pulled threads on the center front along the hem. On the skirt, there are small spots throughout, primarily along the center front mid way down, center front below the top embroidered band, the center back along the hem, and on the left side mid way down. There is darkening along the bottom hem as well as a few loose threads. In the lining, there is a soiled spot on the center back as well as slight discoloration in the waist band with loose threads.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
